For installation convenience, heat exchanger ports are located on the same side as the potable water in/out ports and electrical box. Depending on how your installation space is configured, choose either a "Front/Rear" or "Side-Mount" model. (For reference, the "Front" is the side with the hose ports and electrical box.)
